What kind of lights do you guys use?

At Shine we use the best lights on the market. These are NOT big box store lights. They are much brighter and energy efficient. All lights are custom cut to fit your home. The installation process includes all extension cords, plugs and anything you may need to make your experience with us remarkable.

How do you make it look so good?

Each light is CUSTOM cut to provide a perfect fit in your home. There should not be any cables hanging down, tangled bulbs, or uneven clips. We also provide a full satisfaction guarantee for our services, so if there is anything about our work that you are unhappy with, please let us know so that we can make it right.

Can we use our own lights?

Shine does not install homeowners’ lights. We only install our commercial grade LED lights to ensure you have the best experience as a client of ours.
What if one of my bulbs stop working?

All work by Shine is guaranteed so if any bulbs stop working we will come back and fix it for no charge at all.
When do you start installing Christmas lights?

We start installing lights in October until the end of November.
Are you guys insured for doing this sort of work in the winter?

Yes of course. Shine is fully ensured for our employees and our clients. WCB and limited liability insurance is always in effect when using Shine for any work.
